Do I have to attend Friday and Saturday?

Answer:  Friday is an option for General Session Participants to take advantage of two additional hours to add for the Conference.  If you are signing up for Leadership, CPR & First Aid, TOT-Advance, than yes you need to attend on Friday.  Don’t forget the Exhibit Hall is open on Friday evening along with Musical guest “Down to Earth.”


Will I be able to purchase CEU’s at the Conference?

Answer:  Yes, at the end of the Conference you may purchase CEU’s at the cost of $20.00.   A list will be sent to Texas Southern University and will be mailed to the address you have supplied to us.


Will I be receiving a wristband or name badge?

Answer:  If you are attending events on Friday or TOT Beginner on Saturday, yes.  With the exception of the Exhibit Hall and Music Entertainment on Friday.  This will be free for everyone to attend.  For Saturday, a name badge will be necessary for participation of the General Conference.  The badges will be mailed to you with our logo on it, but no name.  You may write in your own name or print your own label.


What our my options for lunch?

Answer:  Moody Gardens has many concession stands / restaurants around the convention center, hotel, and amusements.  You may bring your own lunch as well as there are many picnic areas around Moody Gardens for you to have lunch.


 How much is parking?

Answer:  Free, unless you decide to valet, then you are held responsible for payment of parking.  Parking is available all around Moody Gardens.


What if I want to stay the night?

Answer: Moody Gardens has offered HAAEYC participants discounted room rates for single or double rooms.  You may visit www.moodygardenshotel.com.  Choose your date of reservation, then click on groups on the top left corner.  Finally enter 25086 for the Group Id and 37011840 for the Password.  Finally choose Reservations and complete your order.
