Conference Underwriter/ Title Sponsor - $20,000

  • Four 10’x10’ exhibit spaces
  • Priority sponsorship of lunchtime special event
  • One full-page ad in conference program: 7,000 mailed-out piece (full color); attendee day-of piece (two-color) [must be in by print deadlines]
  • Special recognition as conference underwriter/ title sponsor in conference brochures
  • Advertisement link on the conference website
  • Full page two-color ad in the next Advocate issue
  • Company name and logo on volunteer t-shirts/or can donate company t-shirts
  • First option to provide conference bags for attendees
  • Option to include insert in conference bag
  • Logo placed on the HAAEYC website and printed in the conference brochure

Platinum Sponsorship - $5,000 (Limited to Two )

  • Four 10’ x 10’ exhibit spaces
  • Priority sponsorship of lunchtime special event if no underwriter
  • One full-page ad in conference program: 7,000 mail-out piece (full color); attendee day-of piece (two-color) [must be in by print deadlines]
  • Special recognition as Platinum Sponsor in conference brochures
  • Advertisement link on the conference website
  • Option to include insert in conference bag
  • Logo placed on the HAAEYC website and printed in the conference brochure

Gold Sponsorship - $3,000 (Limited to Three)

  • Three 10’ x 10’ exhibit spaces
  • Priority sponsorship of conference special events if no higher level sponsor
  • One half-page ad in conference program (7,000 mail-out piece & attendee day-of piece: both in two-color of the brochure) [must be in by print deadlines]
  • Special recognition as Gold Sponsor in conference brochure
  • Advertisement link on the conference website
  • Logo placed on the HAAEYC website and printed in the conference brochure

Name Badge Sponsor - $2,500

  • What a wonderful way to get your name out there!  With this sponsorship, your logo appears on all participants’ and presenters’ name badges for this conference.  You will have an advertisement link on the conference website.  This will be awarded to the first business to respond.
  • Logo placed on the HAAEYC website and printed in the conference brochure

 Silver Sponsor - $2,000

  • Two 10’ x 10’ exhibit spaces
  • One half-page ad in day-of conference program [must be in by print deadline]
  • Special recognition as Silver Sponsor in day-of conference brochure
  • Logo placed on the HAAEYC website and printed in the conference brochure

 Bronze Sponsor - $1,000

  • One 10’ x 10’ exhibit space
  • One quarter-page ad in conference programs: mail-out (7,000) day-of (2,000).  Must meet print deadlines
  • Special recognition as Bronze Sponsor in day-of conference brochures, at conference, and on website
  • Logo /contact information placement on HAAEYC website

 Friend of HAAEYC - $500

  • Logo placement in day-of conference program.  Must meet print deadlines
  • Logo /contact information placement on HAAEYC website

Conference Bags Sponsor 2000 bags

  • Provide HAAEYC with the bags for all presenters and participants. This will be awarded to the first business to respond.
  • Logo placed on the HAAEYC website and printed in the conference brochure

HAAEYC "PROMOTER" Sponsor - $150

  • Logo placed on the HAAEYC website
