SESSION DESCRIPTION
Come and learn characteristics of the exceptional trainers. Fresh ideas will be shared about creating outstanding learning settings and using attention grabbing openers and memorable closers. We will discuss the “rules of engagement” and learn strategies for eliminating verbal graffiti. Our conversation will include information on the “Train Smart Model” and ways to create a reflective finish with a call to action. Participants are asked to bring a favorite training book, prop, or resource.
