SESSION DESCRIPTION
Join us for this interactive, hands-on workshop where we will explore the construction of quality training and learning experiences. Using adult learning theory as our foundation, we will examine the key building blocks of any effective training. Participants will then have the chance to create/enhance their own training using these building blocks.
